Our business is growing, and we are accepting applications for a DIRECTOR of OPERATIONS who preferably is based in the United States, with the possibility for some remote work and/or potential requirements to travel. This candidate will need to routinely report to our site in GA.If you are qualified and interested in joining a fast-growing company with the goal of protecting national infrastructure, defense networks, and classified operations, please apply!Position SummaryThe Director of Operations is accountable for the strategic leadership, oversight, and assurance of AITS' operations, spanning Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Corporate Services. The role provides a critical bridge between operational delivery and executive leadership, translating organizational strategy into prioritized, well-governed programs while ensuring consistent performance, financial control, and risk management. The Director acts as the COO's principal adviser on operational delivery, organizational readiness, and transformation.Job ResponsibilitiesStrategic Program LeadershipOversee the operational functions to ensure alignment with corporate strategy.Translate organizational objectives into prioritized programs.Ensure measurable organizational value, resilience, and scalability.Leadership of Operational DeliveryProvide leadership to Operations Project Manager(s).Establish consistent delivery standards and culture.Governance, Assurance, and ReportingOwn operational program governance frameworks.Provide executive-level assurance and reporting. Financial and Resource StewardshipAccountable for program budgets and resource allocation.Ensure value for money and return on investmentRisk, Compliance, and ResilienceProvide senior ownership of risk management.Ensure compliance with regulatory and security obligations.
