Job Description
You will be the Project Management and Operations Planner for the Solid Rocket Motor (SRM) Production Team. Our team is responsible for driving the production of Solid Rocket Motors, supporting the design and development of reliable, affordable, and producible SRM products.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Project Management and Operations Planner, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Manufacturing, Process, and Industrial Design Engineering support, ensuring the successful transition of SRM designs from development to production. Your responsibilities will include :
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, including capital, direct, and overhead projects
- Supporting a matrix-managed team of Production engineers, Planning and Control, Integrated Planning, Cost Control, and IPT Leads
- Overseeing early phases of production to meet Safety, Cost, Quality, and Schedule requirements
- Identifying areas of expertise and collaborating with specialists in Production Operations and Engineering to support new product development and transfer to production
- Ensuring conformity to current DoD 4145 requirements for production and driving continuous improvement initiatives

This position is in Orlando.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Desired skills
Experience in the production of deliverables containing energetics.
Experience identifying required area of expertise and working with specialists in the Production Operations and Engineering arenas to support new product development and transfer to production
Experience in supporting cross-functional teams in a matrix or cross functional environment.
Experience in managing capital projects.
Experience leading Integrated Product Teams to meet Safety, Cost, Quality and Schedule commitments.
