Manager, Vendor Management Organization - Maps Operations

Responsibilities

• Contract Negotiation : Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms to secure favorable conditions and minimize risks.
• Performance Monitoring : Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess vendor performance, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks in vendor relationships and develop mitigation strategies.
• Cost Optimization : Continuously seek opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality or service.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams such as procurement, engineering, legal, and finance to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
• Continuous Improvement : Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance vendor management efficiency.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $179,200 and $298,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
