Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Operations Manager who will lead the implementation and optimization of key enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the operations lead and subject-matter expert for Greenhouse, PayCom, and Salesforce
Own the definition, integrity, and delivery of executive-level operational reporting and analytics
Manage multiple concurrent initiatives across recruiting, operations, sales, and technology
Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or systems implementation
Strong experience owning or implementing enterprise systems (HRIS, CRM, workforce management, or similar)
Demonstrated ability to work directly with executive leadership
High analytical aptitude with strong Excel, reporting, and dashboard skills
Healthcare, services, or high-growth environment experience strongly preferred
