Job description
A company is looking for an Operations Analyst to support data-informed decision-making in operations and clinical talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable reporting and forecasting models to monitor trends across multiple markets
Create and refine supply and demand models to align clinician hiring with projected patient volume
Engage with stakeholders to communicate data insights and contribute to planning processes
Required Qualifications
4+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical role, preferably in banking, management consulting, finance, or tech operations
Proven experience in analytics, forecasting, and familiarity with SQL or Looker
Strong Excel skills and capability to synthesize insights from quantitative analysis
Intellectual curiosity and self-motivation to understand data trends
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
