WHO we're looking for :
We are looking for an HR Operations Analyst to join our Operations Team. You should be someone who is passionate about their career, who wants to grow and develop and willing to wear multiple hats in our operations department.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications.
- Prepare and maintain various reports for different departments and clients.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies.
- Follow-up activities for multiple departments including accounting, payroll, and HR.
- Create and maintain vendor management processes and databases.
- Work closely with operational departments to identify and evaluate the quality of different data sources used for key result / metric calculations and performance analysis.
- Review reports to ensure they meet predefined policies and guidelines.
- Perform all other duties that ensure compliance with all standards and regulations.
- Audit and validate operational data to ensure integrity across all systems and processes.
- Ad hoc project management for multiple departments; HR, payroll, accounting, operations, etc.
- Works on operational tasks as assigned.
- Annual Reporting compliance (W-2; 1099; 1095-C, etc.)

Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity / detail, numeric / character distinction, and moderate hand / finger dexterity.
Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
