Required : consistent experience with the use of hand / power / pneumatic tools

PRIMARY PURPOSE

This position is responsible using a variety of hand and power tools fixtures work instructions to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble components and pallets for shipping of product.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow detailed assembly instructions processes and procedures for components and pallets.

Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit fastening parts and subassemblies.

Build pallets to the specifications necessary for safely shipping product to the customers.

Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with 5S protocol

Make sure that schedules are being ran exactly as they are listed

Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs)

Turn off equipment when not in use

Attention to detail in a fastpaced environment

Other skills and qualifications

Basic reading writing and arithmetic skills required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Perform the same task repeatedly
