As a Business Operations Specialist, your role will be pivotal to the business operations of an Oceans client. When paired with a visionary leader, you'll ensure that the critical operations within their business run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively. You'll be the backbone of operations, driving everything from strategic coordination to problem-solving while making sure that business functions align perfectly with overarching goals. Your contributions will be the driving force that helps scale and grow the business.

Your success as a Business Operations Specialist will be measured by your ability to optimize processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support sustainable business growth. Here's how you'll make an impact :
Operational Excellence & Business Coordination
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations by managing workflows, optimizing internal processes, and maintaining clear documentation.
- Draft company policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines to enhance structure and clarity.
- Identify inefficiencies in business operations and implement practical solutions to improve overall performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring teams are aligned with key business objectives.

Your primary stakeholders will be the Executive you will be paired with, alongside their internal teams and stakeholders. Together you'll ensure smooth operations and continued business growth. Depending on your area of focus, you may collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, or other operational teams.
At Oceans, you'll also receive guidance and support from your Operations Manager, who will help you succeed in the role and ensure that you're continuously growing and developing in your career.

This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client's time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
