• Operations Specialist
• to join our clients team in Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX. You will be responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of asset-based loan facilities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of client transactions, and maintaining strong communication with both clients and loan officers.

• Desired Qualifications :
• Experience in asset-based lending.
• Commercial credit fulfillment, servicing, operations, or lending experience.
• Bachelor's degree (with college-level accounting courses) or equivalent work experience.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Process, analyze, and evaluate daily client activity.
• Monitor client reports for irregularities and discrepancies.
• Reconcile client accounts receivable aging and perform ineligible calculations.
• Process loan and collateral transactions.
• Monitor tranche (fixed rate) loans.
• Reconcile letter of credit information.
• Reconcile interest and fees.
• Prepare / verify participation principal, interest, and fee settlements.
• Review loan documentation.
• Perform assigned functions / tasks within the team.
• Pay Details :
• 22.12 to $23.44 per hour
