ABOUT THE POSITION:

Full-time Optometry role in beautiful Arvada, Colorado with a group practice. Here is what they have to offer:

  • Competitive base salary that is predicated on possessed skills and experience organized into a tiered system.
  • Opportunities for discretionary bonuses for performance are also readily available.
  • Technician allocation is higher than industry benchmark would suggest to account for diverse case mix and pathology that our ODs will see in the medical setting. In the retail setting, this additional allocation helps our optometrists to prioritize efficiency and speed in their practice to treat patients quickly and effectively. All technicians are scribe trained as well and can offer a diverse range of skills for use by our optometrists at any time.
  • Opportunities for expanded scope of practice activities are present but not limited to IPL, LAL adjustment, non-refractive laser treatment, lesion removal, and extraocular injections, and even those who would like to foray into the cosmetic side of optometry.

Located in Arvada, Colorado, the practice is committed to providing excellence and safety in the preoperative setting. The group consists of over 12 locations from Denver, north to Cheyenne, Wyoming. Practice focused on the utilization of cutting-edge equipment and techniques as well as leveraging technology in the clinic to make our patient and provider experience more enjoyable. Constantly evolving our use of technology system in front of and behind the scenes and utilize the input of all providers in our organization to help us better understand what they need to be successful.
