Ingenium Talent is working with a Louisville-based manufacturing organization in their search for a Senior Oracle Application Manager with a proven track record of supporting and maintaining Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience with Oracle ERP solutions and deep expertise working with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.x. As the Senior Oracle Application Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, support, optimization, and ongoing management of our clients Oracle ERP systems, ensuring that all business processes are streamlined, efficient, and fully aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical and managerial direction to ensure successful delivery of Oracle ERP solutions.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Oracle E-Business Suite 12.x, ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and system availability.
• Manage system patches, updates, and ensure that maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with best practices and compliance standards.
• Lead efforts in customizing Oracle E-Business Suite to meet business needs, leveraging both out-of-the-box features and custom solutions when necessary. Work closely with functional teams to ensure system configurations align with organizational requirements.
• Plan and execute complex Oracle ERP projects, including system upgrades, new module implementations, and system integrations. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Regularly analyze the performance of Oracle E-Business Suite, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring the system is optimized for efficiency, scalability, and performance.
• Lead efforts to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues within the Oracle E-Business Suite environment. Provide timely resolution to critical system issues and escalate when necessary.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate those into Oracle ERP solutions. Provide expert advice on Oracle applications and their impact on business processes.
• Ensure all system configurations, processes, and projects are fully documented. Oversee the maintenance of comprehensive system documentation and ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and audit requirements.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master’s degree or professional certifications (such as Oracle Certified Expert, Oracle Applications, or similar) is a plus.
• Minimum of 15+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments, specifically with version 12.x.
• Extensive experience managing and supporting large-scale Oracle ERP environments across various modules such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HRMS, and Manufacturing.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and delivering complex Oracle ERP projects from inception through post-implementation.
• Strong background in system administration, application support, configuration, and troubleshooting within the Oracle E-Business Suite environment.
• Deep understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite architecture and key modules (including Oracle Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, HRMS, and Manufacturing).
• Expertise in Oracle database management, SQL, PL / SQL, and Oracle Application Server.
• Experience with Oracle EBS upgrades, patches, and migrations.
• Knowledge of integrations between Oracle E-Business Suite and other enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud and hybrid ERP solutions is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong project management abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
