We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior System Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Windows / Linux servers, Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues to ensure system uptime.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Manage backup and disaster recovery processes.
- Implement access control, patch management, and firewall security.
- Participate in IT infrastructure upgrades and system migrations.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, networking, and development teams.
- Maintain clear documentation of systems, procedures, and policies.
- Mentor junior admins and provide support to helpdesk team.
- Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support when required.
