Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery specializing in the area of Vascular Surgery. Incumbent will have an active clinical practice, teach residents and students rotating through Surgery, and participate in academic research. Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Active clinical practice in the surgical treatment of vascular diseases. Participate as a member of the Vascular Surgery Service in the Department of Surgery.
- Teaching faculty appointment with the School of Medicine in the area of Surgery with an emphasis in Vascular Surgery. Incumbent will teach medical students and residents in the classroom, clinic, and operating room.
- Participate in surgery related research, clinical trials, and clinical studies. Publish and present data at the regional and national levels.
- Serve on hospital, university, and departmental committees as assigned.
