Job descriptionWelcomes and greets customers and visitors, in person or on the telephone. Coordinate attendance for closings with escrow staff Review and confirm identification for customers Receipt Earnest Money and incoming contracts Performs clerical duties such as filing, faxing, mailings, etc. Responsible for answering incoming calls and transferring calls as needed Accurately complete order entry in a timely manner Protects customers’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information. Receive, log-in and distribute overnight deliveries Maintain supply orders for office Ensure coffee bar is fresh and supplied and clean lobby Other duties as assigned. High school diploma or equivalent (required). A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel on occasion as needed. The ability to obtain a State of Kansas Title Insurance License is required within your first 6 months of employment Experience in title insurance, lending, or real estate is preferred. Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word. Strong customer service, communication, and attention to detail. Dependability, strong work ethic and punctuality are a must. Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast paced environment.

Position Details – Receptionist - Order Entry
Responsible for providing the highest level of customer service by greeting all customers and making them realize they are our first priority, as well as accurately entering orders. Specific job responsibilities include :
