We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Organizational Learning and Development Manager to lead the design and implementation of innovative leadership development programs. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the leadership culture across the organization by creating programs that enhance leadership capabilities at all levels. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in program design, a strong understanding of leadership training, and a strategic approach to fostering organizational growth through learning and development initiatives.

Up to 25% Travel

Salary range : $95,000 - $110,000 per year

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership Program Design & Development :

  • Lead the design and development of comprehensive leadership development programs, including curriculum, workshops, assessments, and interactive activities tailored to the needs of facility leaders, front-line managers, new supervisors, and executives.
  • Ensure leadership programs align with organizational goals, competency models, and the specific needs of different leadership levels (entry-level to executive).
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, HR, and business stakeholders to create impactful and relevant content, ensuring that it supports key business outcomes.
  • Use a deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design to create engaging, practical, and outcome-driven training experiences.

Program Strategy & Continuous Improvement :

  • Develop a strategic leadership development framework in partnership with senior leadership and HR, identifying key skills gaps and opportunities for leadership growth at various organizational levels.
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of leadership programs through feedback, surveys, performance metrics, and follow-up assessments. Use data and insights to enhance and refine training offerings over time.
  • Ensure that leadership programs remain current and aligned with evolving business priorities and the organization's strategic direction.
  • Vendor Management :

  • Manage relationships with external training providers, consultants, and vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality leadership development programs.
  • Evaluate and select vendors based on their expertise, value proposition, and alignment with organizational learning goals.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure that external training content and delivery methods align with organizational culture and objectives.
  • Facilitation & Delivery :

  • Facilitate leadership development programs in both in-person and virtual settings, employing a range of adult learning techniques such as group discussions, simulations, role plays, and case studies to engage diverse learners.
  • Create a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that encourages open communication, self-reflection, and skills application.
  • Provide personalized coaching and feedback to participants during and after training sessions, helping them apply leadership concepts to real-world challenges.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication :

  • Engage with organizational leaders, HR teams, and business units to align leadership development initiatives with the organization's broader objectives and culture.
  • Communicate program objectives, successes, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and ongoing support for learning initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, senior leaders, and stakeholders to ensure the long-term success and impact of leadership programs.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPLP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in organizational learning, leadership development, or talent management, with a focus on designing and executing leadership training programs.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering leadership development programs for a variety of leadership levels, from new supervisors to senior executives.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and overseeing the successful delivery of training programs by external providers.
  • Experience in designing training in areas such as Crucial Conversations, Conflict Management, Communication Skills, Goal Setting, and Team Building.
  • Strong program design and strategic planning skills, with the ability to assess organizational needs and create targeted leadership development solutions.
  • Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and create positive, impactful learning experiences.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and evaluate program success, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights.
