We are seeking a visionary Organizational Development Manager to lead our Center of Excellence (CoE) team of 2-3 professionals. In this strategic role, you will be the driving force behind designing, implementing, and optimizing cutting-edge organizational development practices and processes. Your expertise will be crucial in governing these initiatives, providing consultative support, and managing change for key business transformations across Schneider Electric. In this role you will act as a trusted consultant to leaders and HRBPs, providing expert guidance on organizational design, change management, and culture development.
What will you do?
- Organizational Development & Team Effectiveness :
Design and implement best-in-class organizational development practices and processes, continuously assessing and refining these practices to meet evolving business needs.
Architect and optimize organizational structures to align with business goals and enhance efficiency.
Lead change initiatives, equipping leaders with tools and frameworks to effectively manage transitions.
Design and implement initiatives to foster a high-performance culture that amplifies Schneider Electric's values.

Who will you report to?
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $160,800 - $241,200 per year, which
includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United
States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within
the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a
comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward
points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits)
flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including
service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the
first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility
depends on start date), and military leave benefits.
