Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Level Two to join our dynamic team.
This role offers the opportunity to work directly under the guidance of Dr. Dinar Sajan , collaborating within a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals who are deeply committed to improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations , including triage and utilization review, for both acute and chronic psychiatric conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practice.
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications , adjusting dosages as necessary and monitoring treatment efficacy.
- Perform initial and follow-up patient evaluations , ensuring continuity of care and clinical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive, multidisciplinary approach .
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, wellness, and lifestyle strategies for mental health improvement.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR (EClinicalWorks preferred).
- Report directly to Dr. Sajan regarding patient progress, treatment outcomes, and any complex clinical concerns.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, compassion, and confidentiality in every interaction.
