Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and compassionate Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with heart-related conditions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients while working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services and coordinate patient care.
• Assessing and treating patients with endocrinology diseases and conditions.
• Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat residents' physical and mental well-being.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and administer treatments.
• Provide counseling to residents and their families.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for seamless coordination of care.
• Manage chronic conditions and monitor progress.
• Make appropriate adjustments to care plans.
• Commitment to person-centered care.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for elderly residents in the nursing home.

Requirements :

Salary : $90,000- $120,000 per year
