Position :  Full-Time Physician Assistant – Orthopedics

Employment Type :  Permanent | Hospital-Employed

Compensation :  Base salary of $160,000 + sign-on bonus, relocation, and full benefits

This full-time PA opportunity supports a high-volume orthopedic service line, collaborating with expert surgeons and advanced care teams in a Level III Trauma setting.

💼  What You’ll Do :

Surgical assist in the OR

Inpatient rounding, pre- and post-op care, ED consults

Perform procedures : joint aspirations, fracture reductions, wound management, injections, casting / splinting, minor outpatient procedures

Order and interpret labs / imaging (MRI, CT, EMG, etc.)

Epic EMR

Participate in shared orthopedic call coverage (including weekends / holidays)

Support orthopedic surgeons with patient education and discharge planning

👥  What You’ll Bring :

Board Certified Physician Assistant

Oregon PA license  (or willingness to obtain)

Ties to Oregon  (e.g., family, previous residence)

Minimum 2 years of orthopedic inpatient PA experience  – Highly Preferred

New graduates with strong rotations in orthopedics encouraged to apply

💰  What You’ll Get :

Base salary :  $160,000 (for experienced PAs, 40 hrs / week)

Sign-on bonus :  Up to $10,000 (discussed at interview)
