Inspire Physical Therapy is currently seeking a licensed Youth Ortho / Sports Physical Therapist to join our pediatric physical therapy team on a full-time basis, supporting children and adolescents (10 to 18 years of age). Responsibilities :

• Independently conduct comprehensive orthopedic and sports injury evaluations and assessments for children and adolescents using standardized testing and clinical observations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient's functional potential or previous level of functioning based on clinical findings.
• Provide hands-on therapy techniques to improve mobility, strength, range of motion, and age-appropriate tasks.
• Provide 1 : 1 therapy session, ensuring a focused and personalized approach to rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with Inspire PT clinicians to establish protocols for sport-testing and use State-of-the-art technology to measure, monitor and improve our patients' performance for any sport at any level.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and establish home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress and adjustments to treatment plans.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in pediatric physical therapy and youth sports to implement evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with schools, sports teams, and community organizations on behalf of Inspire PT to promote health, safety, and optimal performance among young athletes.
• Foster a positive and inclusive therapeutic environment that encourages open communication and collaboration.
• Establish, set, and reach short-and long-term goals.
• Educate and train parents / caregivers / coaches to support each child's therapy journey.
• Participate in community engagement, marketing and social media campaigns.
• Work in the community with other healthcare providers to provide education and resources.
• Occasional contributions to social media and community events.

Qualification Requirements :

Competencies :

Physical Requirements : Standing for long periods of time, repetitive movements, lifting various sized weights (up to 75 pounds), sitting on the floor, bending / squatting.

Compensation : The expected hourly rate for this position is $45.00 to $50.00. Inspire Physical Therapy considers a variety of factors when determining compensation, including experience and qualifications.
