Our company offers orthopedic rehabilitation services in New Jersey, delivering high-quality patient care through a multidisciplinary approach. Our team of physical therapists, physicians, surgeons, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals work together to help patients recover from musculoskeletal injuries and regain optimal function.
Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Orthopedic Physical Therapist (PT) to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will work alongside a diverse group of healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans specific to each patient's needs. You will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise while collaborating on patient care strategies.
Work Type : Full Time
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Patients Volume : 5 - 7 patients per day
Job Duties :
- Perform comprehensive orthopedic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Implement evidence-based interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote recovery and prevent future injuries.
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, occupational therapists, and other specialists to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and interdisciplinary discussions to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and at-home exercises.
- Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with state and facility standards.
- Stay current with advancements in orthopedic physical therapy and interdisciplinary practices.
