At Volvo Cars of Santa Monica, we are one of the fastest growing Volvo retailers in California and currently has an opening for a Volvo Technician.  Our Automotive Technicians are responsible for diagnosing and performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.

Each technician is expected to perform quality work without direct or continual supervision and be able and willing to work on all assignments provided.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :

• Perform work as outlined on Repair Order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department to obtain needed parts.

Inform Team Leader if vehicle is down awaiting parts, and pursue special ordering of parts, if appropriate.

Effectively describe in writing the repair diagnosis / description as clearly as possible, as this is what the customer will see and how the billing will be determined.
