Job Description : OTR Driver Trainer

Duties & Responsibilities :

Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities

Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment

Use relevant technology to support instruction

Observe and evaluate student's performance and development

Provide appropriate feedback on performance

Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development

Trainer Pay-when you have a trainee - is :

350 per day training

Remain eligible for safety bonus while training (if you meet safety criteria)

Cell phone reimbursement - $ 55 / day

Retention Bonus Pay : Base CPM plus assessorial pay included

Stop off Pay Additional $15

Safety Bonus Additional .03 / per mile

Productivity bonus- Additional .03 / per mile

Drop / Hook- $5 each, totaling $10

Live Load / Live Unload - $20 each, totaling $40

Detention Pay- $20 per hour (after 1 hour of sitting)

Break Down Pay- $20 per hour (instantaneously)

80 dollars per Diem pay

Paid hourly additional when filing in for shuttle or spotting work

Weekly Guarantee Pay Program

Requirements : Valid Class A CDL

At least 1 year verifiable OTR Driving Experience
