Therefore, we require all team members MUST HAVE ADEQUATE TRANSPORTATION TO THE SOR WAREHOUSE, M-F BY 7 : 30AM SHARP. Most employees finish the days' jobs by 2 to 4 PM each day. Ability to be cleared to be added to our insurance (i.e. at least 2 years' experience as a licensed driver, a good driving record). Must be able to lift and pull 75 lb. loads (two 5-gallon buckets of stain, pull 100' of hose, etc.). Must be able to lift pressure washing wands and hold above head for at least 6 hours per shift. Must be able to meet size / weight minimums and maximums for fall protection, ladders, and harnesses. (With some exceptions, those weighing between 150 lbs. and 270 lbs. will generally be able to properly use our equipment. Feel free to ask for more details if you are closer to the lower or higher ends and we will do our best to work with you.) Must be able to read, understand, and follow safety instructions at all times, including OSHA and MSDS information. Must be able to walk, stand, squat, climb, and execute safety protocols. SAFETY and OSHA compliance Effective and professional communication with management, peers, and clients Quality of work getting the job done correctly Efficiency and Timeliness getting the job done on schedule (you make more here when you're accurate AND efficient!) Trustworthiness - the ability to perform work without micromanagement or hand-holding Coachability - able to absorb training from the experts we provide (You are working directly with experts- not just for orientation and initial training!)
