HR Assistant (Restaurant Industry)

Summary :

The HR Assistant will provide essential support to the Human Resources department, focusing on accurate and timely payroll processing, efficient benefit administration, and meticulous management of employee records. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in payroll, benefit administration, and employee information management within the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities : Payroll Processing :

• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Collect, review, and input employee time and attendance data.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee payroll inquiries.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports.
• Manage and maintain payroll records.
