As an Industry Marketer in our Connected Sales & Marketing function, you will get the opportunity to drive marketing impact through strategic marketing initiatives that align with our firm's broader objectives. Working consultatively with the heads of your aligned industry, you'll translate data-driven insights into actionable industry marketing plans. Your role will be critical in bringing our brand to life through strategically orchestrated events, sponsorships and programs that deliver measurable results. From day one, you'll be empowered by our collaborative team structure and comprehensive resources to create meaningful connections between our service offerings and industry-specific client needs. Your Day-to-Day May Include :

Partnering with heads of industry and marketing / sales teams to identify industry-specific priorities based on cross-functional data analysis

Translating those priorities into industry marketing plans and calendars that align with firm-wide objectives while addressing industry needs

Collaborating with campaign strategists to customize and activate industry agnostic and specific content and thought leadership into area marketing plans; participate in the enterprise campaign pods

Planning and overseeing the execution of 1st and 3rd party events and sponsorships that enhance our brand presence and generate qualified leads

Capturing, analyzing, and maintaining quality marketing data to inform future initiatives and demonstrate ROI

Maintaining a pulse on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify strategic opportunities and inform marketing strategies

Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Events & Sponsorships, Field Marketing, and Sales Enablement to ensure integrated, consistent client experiences

Managing industry-specific marketing budgets and timelines to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely delivery

Measuring and reporting on marketing performance metrics to demonstrate impact and inform future strategy

Coordinating with onshore / offshore team members to ensure seamless execution and consistent messaging across all marketing initiatives

Identifying opportunities to repurpose or scale best practice marketing approaches across related industries

Other duties as assigned You Have the Following Technical Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA preferred

5-8 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in B2B professional services or related complex selling environment

Deep understanding of the Private Equity Industry required Thorough understanding of various marketing channels and their relevance to achieving strategic business goals

Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to create compelling content and presentations

Excellent project management, critical thinking, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail

Highly collaborative and able to work within and through teams to achieve stated goals

Demonstrated ability to be a trusted advisor, consistently sought out for advice by leadership and stakeholders

Innovative and creative approach to developing work products and solving complex problems

Commitment to actively learning and adopting best practices from across the team

Proven client service skills and ability to effectively interface with stakeholders at all levels
