Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Ewing Outdoor Supply is on the lookout for an inspiring Branch Manager to join our team! In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our branch while cultivating a positive and productive environment. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all operations within the branch, including sales, customer service, and staff development.
  • Analyze market trends to identify sales opportunities and set achievable targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans that align with company goals.
  • Ensure your team has the resources, training, and support they need to thrive.
  • Inspire your team to cultivate positive relationships with customers, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Monitor financial objectives, manage budgets, and ensure profitability.
  • Actively engage with customers and address concerns to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in wholesale distribution or retail management
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Proficient in budgeting and financial management.
  • Passion for the outdoor supply industry and the ability to share that enthusiasm with your team and customers.
