Key Responsibilities :

• Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.
• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
• Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift.
• Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair.
• Report any inconsistencies to leadership.
• Assist with setting and preparing tables and cabanas for dining, which may include, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
• Assist Front of House Team Members with table service, which may include, but not limited to, serving beverages, etc.
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s).
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area.
• Consistently account for and maintain cleanliness of tables, cabanas, service areas and equipment in the dining area.
• Ensure Evermore Bay is consistently free of debris and has a positive appearance.
• Complete side work as assigned.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Speak with others using clear and professional language.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures, and complete safety training and certifications.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
• Engage in a positive guest focused environment.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
