Salary Range :

50,000-$60,000 base, with potential earnings up to $85,000 with incentives.

About the Role :

As an Outreach Coordinator at Flagship Health, you will play a pivotal role in expanding access to our specialized healthcare services. You'll connect with seniors, veterans, and their families, helping them discover the life-changing care we offer. Your work will not only increase patient volume but will also deepen our impact within the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities :

Community Engagement : Deliver compelling presentations to veterans, seniors, and their families, highlighting our mission and the comprehensive services we provide.

Relationship Building : Establish and nurture strong connections with referral sources, veteran organizations, and community leaders to support our outreach efforts.

Expand Our Reach : Lead outreach initiatives through phone, email, and in-person events, including guided tours of our clinics.

Support Our Growth : Partner with our marketing team to develop impactful materials and enhance our presence across social media platforms.

Drive Impact : Utilize CRM tools to effectively track leads, manage outreach activities, and measure your success.
