Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert for HEDIS and quality improvement measures
Conduct provider and member outreach to close gaps in care
Facilitate meetings with providers and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
3+ years of healthcare experience
1+ year of provider or member education experience
HEDIS and quality improvement knowledge
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently in a metric-driven environment
