A company is looking for a Part-Time Outreach Specialist who is passionate about maternal health equity.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to health plan members to meet enrollment targets
Provide accurate information about Mae's offerings and guide members through the onboarding process
Utilize internal tools to identify members for outreach and provide feedback on outreach quality
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in patient outreach or a healthcare-related field
Highly organized with effective time management skills
Experience in environments with high outbound call volumes
Proven track record of exceeding targets
Empathetic disposition with a desire to improve community health
