What You’ll Do:

• Provide individualized, clinic-based occupational therapy services to pediatric clients

• Conduct evaluations, develop creative and effective treatment plans, and track progress

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support each child’s development

• Engage in ongoing training and stay current with best practices in pediatric therapy

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $80,000–$100,000 depending on experience

• $5,000 sign-on bonus!

Qualifications:

• Active or pending Occupational Therapy License in Washington State

• Passion for working with children; pediatric experience is preferred but not required

• Positive, collaborative, and growth-minded approach to therapy

• Ability to commute to or relocate to Lakewood, WA
