Billing Specialist
As the Billing Specialist you will perform truck inventory review and reconciliation, order entry processing, exception billing and account updates, and special projects as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Daily account maintenance and updates
- Daily invoicing of customers
- Review incoming delivery paperwork daily for billing and audit against DOT paperwork
- Accurately enter delivery information into system for billing
- Process exception billing customers accurately and efficiently
- Records management
- Review and quality check new customer accounts
- Work with team members and leadership to identify and develop process improvements
- Work with team members in Corporate Operations and Branch Operations to ensure order accuracy
- Communicate effectively with other departments on billing questions / concerns
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
