Responsibilities :

• Process accounts payable (AP) transactions, including verifying invoices and ensuring timely payments.
• Manage accounts receivable (AR) by tracking incoming payments and resolving discrepancies.
• Handle billing functions, ensuring accurate and efficient invoicing for clients or customers.
• Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records and identify any inconsistencies.
• Support general accounting functions, including maintaining financial reports and ledgers.
• Collaborate with other departments to address financial inquiries and improve accounting processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within accounting operations.
• Proven experience in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Familiarity with billing procedures and financial reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
