Responsibilities :

Your objective is to master our sales process within a remarkable six month timeframe—an achievement typically requiring up to a year. As you cultivate and expand your market presence, your role will transition to that of a mentor, imparting your strategies for success to new team members. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :

Pass a high-level pre-employment background check

Active Drivers License and reliable transportation

Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain - study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement available)

Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
