Rainier Recruiting is partnering with a HVAC company on the West Coast who needs to hire another salesperson in Anchorage, AK. Compensation : $90,000 to $110,000 salary plus commission (negotiable)

Location : Hybrid onsite and Work-From-The-Field. Employees are expected to work occasionally out of the Anchorage, AK office while visiting with customers in person throughout the week.
Overview :
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of the company, responsible for driving new business in the HVAC industry. This role requires someone who is passionate about sales, knowledgeable in HVAC, and ready to hit the ground running. You will spend 75% of your time out in the field, meeting with engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to promote and sell our products. The remaining 25% will be spent in the office, strategizing with our team and preparing for your next sales win.
