Position Overview :
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for developing new business for both companies. You'll work directly with companies, schools, hospitals, and event professionals to understand their transportation needs and present solutions tailored to each client.
This role involves meeting people face-to-face, following up with leads, and staying in touch with key contacts. You'll represent both brands in the community and help us grow our reputation with clients who expect great service.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Identifying potential clients in the corporate, university, healthcare, and event sectors.
- Setting up appointments and presenting our services in a clear and professional way.
- Building lasting relationships through networking, follow-up, and consistent communication.
- Creating custom transportation proposals and quotes.
- Coordinating with our dispatch and operations team to ensure a smooth handoff after the sale.
- Tracking your outreach, pipeline, and results in our CRM system.
- Staying informed about local events, competitors, and opportunities to stay ahead.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals set by management.
