You'll identify gaps in home and auto insurance plans, offering products that ensure comprehensive protection. Building strong referral relationships in your community will be essential to your success. To be considered, you must hold at least one active license : Property & Casualty (P&C), Personal Lines, or Life & Health. You'll be expected to obtain the additional required license before your start date. We invest in your success from day one eligible new hires may receive licensing fee reimbursements for Motor Club, Property & Casualty, Personal Lines, and Life & Health licenses (capped at $400 per license, with limited exceptions). Producers can earn between $80,000 - $120,000 annually with a competitive salary, uncapped commission, and an annual bonus.
