Shift Details :

We are currently searching for a Medication Assistant to join the following shift : 11pm-7am. Please note, this may change throughout employment as needed with notice.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Providing residents with medication administration, treatment assistance and services according to the health care provider's orders.
• Adhering to the narcotic and PRN policies of Aviva Senior Living.
• Reporting any changes in residents' physical condition and / or behaviors.
• Maintaining resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
• Following the schedule of the resident's needs set out by the supervisor.
• Providing emotional and social support to residents.
• Adhering to all policies and procedures of the community.
• Fulfilling other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Regular and predictable attendance daily.
