What We Will Offer You:

• Hourly Pay Rate of: $18.00
• Shifts Available: This is an overnight shift; 9pm-4am, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake our baked goods for the days shift
• Consistently bake and finish products according to our specifications.
• Always maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Show dedication to our product, service, and food safety standards.
• Display bakery products and merchandise attractively to boost sales.
• Ensure 100% food safety by following personal hygiene guidelines.
• Communicate respectfully and fairly with team members.
• Take responsibility for your duties during your shift.
• Stick to your schedule and arrive on time, ready to work.
• Follow all procedures related to cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant security.
• Adhere to all franchisee policies.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in food and beverage, baking a plus!
• Fluent in speaking and reading English.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment.
• Understand and exceed customer expectations.
• Comfortable interacting with diverse personalities.
• Able to multitask effectively.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
