Your Role :
As a Packaging Technician, you'll be an essential part of our production team, focusing on canning, kegging, and maintaining the highest quality standards for our beverages. You'll operate state-of-the-art packaging equipment, uphold safety and efficiency, and work closely with brewing, sales, and taproom teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities :
- Operate and maintain our American Beer Equipment CraftCan 35 canning line , including depalletizers, labelers, and date coders.
- Fill, clean, and manage kegs with precision and care.
- Monitor packaging processes to ensure consistent quality and adherence to brewery standards.
- Safely store finished products, maintain accurate logs, and organize packaging materials.
- Keep workspaces clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment and report issues promptly to the Head Brewer.
- Complete packaging documentation accurately and on time.
- Assist in cross-training and supporting other brewery departments as needed.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and brewery events.

What We're Looking For :
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position is highly physical and requires the ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 55 pounds frequently. The role is responsible for moving and operating machinery and tools and requires frequent pushing, pulling, lifting, twisting and other physically demanding activities. A comprehensive list of physical requirements will be provided to all candidates interviewed for this position, or upon request.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
While performing the duties of this position, the technician will be exposed to inside and outside environmental conditions, including but not limited to; extreme heat, cold, exposure to hot fluids, pressurized vessels and transfer lines, strong odors, chemicals, loud noise, moderate heights, and exposure to machinery with moving parts.
Benefits
The hourly pay range for this position is $20 to $24 per hour, commensurate with experience. Additionally, Alvarium provides full-time employees with a competitive benefit package that includes health insurance, 401K with company match, and paid time off, as well as a generous monthly product allowance.
