TITLE : Production Packer C

• 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am)
• Alternating weekend off
• Starting pay $15.50 and up

POSITION OBJECTIVE : Efficiently and accurately pack products for shipment or storage, ensuring they meet quality standards and are properly labeled and documented. This role supports the overall production process by maintaining a steady flow of packed goods, minimizing waste, and adhering to safety and operational guidelines.

This role supports the overall production process by maintaining a steady flow of packed goods, minimizing waste, and adhering to safety and operational guidelines.\nQUALIFICATIONS : \n\nA High School Diploma or equivalent\nLegal eligibility to work in the US.\nPrevious work experience in a manufacturing setting preferred with knowledge of production processes and quality control.\nEffective communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels of personnel\nProficiency in reading and writing English.\nBasic math skills and mechanical aptitude for machines used in the production process. \nEnsure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. \n\n\nCapable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.\n\n\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES : \n\nComplies with, monitors, and enforces all written and verbal safety regulations and programs of the plant and department.\nUnderstand and adhere to plant policies and procedures.\nRetrieve completed products from the production line and package them into boxes where you will then record the weight. \nPrepare packaging for the finished product by labeling with quality and date stamps.\nInspect final product using bag checks ensuring proper documentation and timely communication of any issues. \nDemonstrate the capability to maintain pace with the production process and achieve daily production targets while also ensuring cleanliness in the designated area. \n\nWORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION : \n\nThe warehouse is not climate control.
