This individual will interface directly with the Inside Sales Manager, Product Manager, Regional Sales Managers, customers and Nidec offshore to resolve issues; initiate, track and manage forecasts, orders & sample requests; and coordinate matters directly involving customers within territory and distribution.

Job Responsibilities :
Support Regional Sales Managers and Applications Engineers in managing sales priorities and achieving sales goals
Order entry, billing, customer forecast / planning management
Monitoring and timely resolution of overdue invoices
Setting up new customers in SAP
Daily and monthly sales reporting
Job Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2+ years relevant work experience
Strong business system and application experience particularly with SAP and Excel. Knowledge of Google sheets and Microsoft Suite.
Must be organized and able to handle and prioritize many tasks
Strong attention to detail and process
Comfortable working individually and collaborating with other functional teams
Must be proactive and able to identify possible problems
Excellent communication skills, logical thinking, and accountability
