Summary
This position will be with the Warfighter Readiness Training contract. CAE USA has a requirement for a System Administrator to support company specific information technology needs. The candidate will be responsible for opening support tickets, ordering equipment, and trouble-shooting various user issues, including issues relating to email, internet, and hardware.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Support 20+ users with the company specific IT needs
- Open support tickets with the IT Service Desk on behalf of users
- Follow up on support tickets on behalf of users
- Order equipment and provide cradle to grave support for users
- Troubleshoot user issues, including but not limited to email, internet, hardware, and account issues
- Needs to have a positive attitude and be able to multitask
- Any other tasks assigned
