Job Description Insight Global is seeking a temporary Office Administrator to assist a large retail / healthcare client. A typical Office Administrator is responsible for a wide range of technology and can work in areas closely related to computers. They will be managing the general mailbox for the lease vendor group, answering the phones for the lease admin department, handling returned checks, address changes etc. Looking for someone who is detail oriented, can work independently & has basic excel skills. Will be working in SAP, on Teams & Outlook. Responsibilities : Daily / constant monitoring of Lease Vendor general mailbox Determine if additional documents are needed and reply to sender as needed Reply to insurance requests with standard reply Forward emails to other departments, as required Archive emails not affecting Lease Vendor Route Changes of Ownership to appropriate paralegal Route EFTs to appropriate paralegal / admin Route payee changes to appropriate paralegal Route address / contact changes to appropriate paralegal / admin Follow up weekly on open items requiring additional documents in database by contacting LLs / contacts Daily / constant monitoring of Toll Free Number (TFN) Answer phone calls live ideal Update the TFN log Log phone messages Forward call messages to appropriate parties Refer to the general mailbox to see if a similar request has been made and coordinate accordingly We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 5+ years' experience in an office manager / administrator role Experience managing an office's email inbox, physical mailbox, and phone line Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking. Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Plusses : Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
