The pay rate for this job is $11 - $11 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Social Media Coordinator :
Create and publish daily social media posts promoting the restaurant's brand, specials, events, and customer engagement content
Set up and manage accounts across multiple social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X / Twitter, etc.)
Monitor all social media inboxes and promptly respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries
Develop creative content ideas, including photos, videos, and promotional campaigns, to increase visibility and engagement
Track social media performance metrics and provide feedback or suggestions for improvement
Available shifts :
Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements :
Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with a proven ability to create engaging content and grow audience reach
Strong communication and writing skills, including the ability to respond professionally to customer messages, comments, and inquiries
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and content performance, with the ability to track engagement and adjust strategies to improve results
