Job descriptionFirst 60 Days : You’ll work exclusively from our Tulsa location. After 60 Days : The position becomes hybrid, requiring you to report to the Tulsa location 3-4 days a week and work remotely 1-2 days a week. Please note, the ability to work on a hybrid schedule may change based on business needs and performance. You must be able to report to the Tulsa location as required. You will be the voice of the company to our customers, focused on preventing future problems and promoting our services Maintain strong knowledge of our wireless products, accessories and pricing plans Accurately respond to customers’ questions regarding billing, devices, product features, troubleshooting, and hardware operation through one-call resolution Identify opportunities and provide feedback by assessing call trends and / or diagnostic improvements to provide a higher level of customer service, performance and efficiency Transform into the best customer support advocate in the business, engaging with a diverse consumer base to provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues Customer Service : Effectively engage with customers, address their needs, and provide assistance in a manner that ensures a positive experience and builds lasting relationships Dependability : Consistently meet expectations, maintain reliability, and follow through on commitments to both customers and team members Resilience : Maintain a positive attitude, adapt to changing circumstances, and recover quickly from challenging or stressful situations Problem Solving : Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues or inquiries effectively and efficiently Continuous Development : The ongoing process of enhancing skills, knowledge, and capabilities to improve performance and adapt to customer needs and industry trends Multitasking : Efficiently handle multiple tasks, inquiries, or issues simultaneously without compromising the quality of service Requirements : High school diploma or GED; ability to work full-time on-site; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays; s martphone or device with active network connection; pre-employment screen 2 / hr additional per hour worked on weekends These differentials compound , meaning if you work both after 6 PM and on the weekend, you'll earn an additional $4 / hr for those shifts! Improved skills, such as soft-skills, technical skills, and company-specific knowledge Information on our growing Wireless business and knowledge on how to make changes to plans, devices, and other account-specific information Information on our customer facing tools, and how to properly use them to resolve issues Instructor led courses to ensure retention of knowledge and to increase engagement as we cover new material Hands-On learning through roleplays, call observations, and call practice

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service Representative :
18.50 / hr starting pay with opportunity to increase pay to $20.35 / hr within 60 - 90 days. No experience required. Entry-level candidates welcome - we provide full-time paid training!

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
