The ideal candidate will be skilled in both preparation and application techniques and have a strong understanding of the safety protocols and maintenance of equipment involved in powder coating.
Qualifications :
Experience : 2 years of experience in powder coating and industrial painting in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge : Understanding of different powder types curing processes and quality inspection standards.
Skills : Proficient in using spray guns powder coating equipment and standard inspection tools.
Physical Requirements : Ability to lift 40 lbs.
Schedule : MF second shift 3 : 15pm11 : 45pm with OT on Saturdays
Hourly rate : $19$21 DOE
