University of California - RiversideOakland, CA, United StatesReporting to the Maintenance Supervisor in the Facilities Services Maintenance department, the Painter is a skilled trades position supporting the painting needs of the University of California, Riverside campus. The painter is responsible for coordinating and communicating with campus customers to understand their needs and fulfill work order requests for painting services. Painting services may occur indoors, outdoors, in and on structures, street postings, signs, asphalt, and curbs. This position also coordinates with other skilled trades in preparing the campus' new builds for launch and occupancy.
The full salary range for the Painter is $39.08 - $43.98 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
