Job Summary : The Enterprise Clinical Educator is a registered professional nurse who demonstrates expertise in clinical nursing and a passion for ongoing support and development for CommonSpirit Health clinical associates. The Enterprise Clinical Educator assumes accountability and responsibility for developing, implementing, and
evaluating programs of education at the enterprise level.
Supports hospitals with oversight of education programs and coordination with common core courses including initial and ongoing staff competency (including a standardized nursing orientation), as well as continued education as identified by needs assessments, audits, data informed needs and regulatory requirement initiatives. Applies policies, procedures, standards, and regulations as appropriate to their populations. The scope of the education will be determined through collaborative practice with leadership, educators, and providers to enhance the quality and cost effectiveness of patient care; assumes the role of an educator, facilitator, consultant, researcher and change agent. Available to deploy to and support facilities as needed with initiatives or other program rollouts as needed.
This position reports centrally at the enterprise level to the Enterprise Director for Clinical Education.
Qualifications :
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following :
- Minimum Experience Requirements : Five years of experience in nursing is required
Preferred : Two years of staff development, academic teaching and / or project development
coordination.

38.43 - $66.91 / hour
