Paralegal, Yum! Digital & Technology

Yum! is looking for a business-oriented, bold thinker with a passion for delivering results to join our Yum! Digital & Technology (D&T) Legal Team as a Paralegal. This Paralegal will work in close collaboration across various functions and brands in the organization and, among other things, will be responsible for contract administration and document management support; contract revisions; general intake of legal matters; maintenance and management of legal and contract databases; and provision of legal support to internal stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Work with internal legal teams and / or external legal counsel to identify potential legal and / or business risks and provide proactive solutions.
• Communicate directly with internal business stakeholders and external vendors to prepare all forms of legal documents including master service agreements, SaaS agreements, adoption agreements, statements of work, and order forms.
• Prepare and coordinate documents for execution and maintain contract database.
• Maintain and enhance cross-functional legal tracking system.
• Conduct, coordinate and / or assist with the review of consumer-facing promotional materials.
• Management of general and time-sensitive correspondence.
